Our Notes
One of the best single malts we've tasted. Toasty and fragrant. Method and Madness Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a perfect whiskey for after dinner or mixed with a splash of ginger beer and some fresh lime.
From the Distillery
A Single Malt whiskey laid down in Midleton in 2002 finished in a French Limousin Oak. A first for us, resulting in light perfume notes giving way to dry barley and ice cream cone wafer.
Tasting Notes: Malted barley is prominent on the nose, as well as freshly
shelled peanuts and cereal malt aromas. The French oak influence comes through on the palate and cracked cinnamon stick, ice cream cone wafer. Fragrant bonbons, a hint of toasted barley and leads to a toasty finish

Loved that I received items today
All good
No communication, took forever to ship
I haven't had a drop with him yet, so I cannot rate the bourbon - but as a gift with the name embossed - well enough said!
