We love Brookie's here at Secret Bottle and the Byron slow is one of the main reasons why. This Australian gin is made in the Sloe style using the native Davidson plum. It is a super tasty gin that goes perfect with some fresh ice and soda water.

Brookie's Bryon Slow Gin is a rare gin made from a unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay, the Davidson Plum.

Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin is the first of its kind. Made in the traditional style of the English ‘Sloe’ gin, 

Brookie's steep the Davidson plums in their Byron Dry Gin and let time weave its magic, blending with Mount Warning spring water and bottled at 26% ABV.

Expect exhilarating flavours of rose, watermelon, and bright plum.
