From the Distillery
Aberlour 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky is matured in both traditional oak and sherry casks, this Scotland single malt is a rich, intense whiskey. It has fruity notes of red apple with a palate that offers sherry characters balanced with chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger. The finish is warm, lingering and slightly spicy.

Sampled the whiskeys and noted the big difference from each sample. Interesting but not my cup of tea. Didnt quite have the finish of better known brands and sat more in the area of a home brew done well
